HOLLY HUNT Introduces Jean-Michel Frank into Portfolio
The luxury brand is now the exclusive distributor of the Jean-Michel Frank collection in the United States and Canada.
The Parisian native’s illustrious career spanned two decades – from the 1920s through the 1930s – and during this time, he collaborated with Salvador Dalí and Alberto Giacometti, and designed interiors for the likes of Elsa Schiaparelli, Cole Porter, Jean-Pierre Guerlain and Nelson Rockefeller.
Jean-Michel Frank pieces are hand crafted in France with the utmost attention to detail and quality and part of the Ecart portfolio. Ecart, established in 1978 by Andrée Putman, continues the legacy of Frank with a collection of reproductions of sofas, chairs, lighting and case goods originally introduced in the 1920s and 1930s with each piece bearing a formal label and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
